>> My name is Thomas Williams. I am CEO and President of Thomas R. Williams, Incorporated. And since my transition away from professional sports I've become a motivational speaker, published author as well as a director of player development programs, which is to help student athletes understand the importance of life after sports before their transition. A day usually starts around 5:30 in the morning. I'll wake up and I'll start to read. And so reading on information or material for my next client or the next engagement that I have, just staying current in that field. And then I'll for a walk or a little bit of a workout, just to clear my mind and kind of get the juices going for the day. And then after that I'll come home and I'll have breakfast. And then usually I'll have meetings lined up throughout the day of people who I'm trying to continue to help build their empire and build their status and their brand. And then also people who are helping me out for future engagements. And then that's kind of it for the majority part of the day. Whether it's a corporate engagement or whether it's student athletes or whether it's the military, doing as much due diligence as you possibly can. I constantly try to literally submerge myself into that environment, into that arena and become who they are. It's so I can deliver a message that's tailored specifically towards them. As opposed to a lot motivational speakers or speakers in general will have kind of a cookie cutter topic or theme. And so for me it's to be as authentic and organic as I possibly can be. And so really reaching out and touching every single person who's sitting in that audience and wrapping my word around them like arms and giving them a hug and trying to touch their soul.
